Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Account Holder", "you") and bnn5 ("bnn5", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bnn5 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bnn5.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

bnn5 is an online betting and casino information platform providing services to adult users. All content available on the Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" means real-money funds transferred by a User into their Account using a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform to confirm a User's identity, age and eligibility.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — compliance obligations imposed on the Platform to prevent financial crime.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, live dealer game or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to an Account at the User's request that prevents further betting activity for a defined or indefinite period.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under the laws of that territory or under the Platform's operating policies.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bnn5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to this Platform, whichever is greater. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. Age verification documents will be requested as part of KYC. Accounts found to be held by persons under the minimum age will be suspended immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must not access or use the Platform if doing so is unlawful under the laws of your country, province or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful. bnn5 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under applicable law.

3.3 Single Account

Each User may hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. Registering on behalf of a third party, operating a syndicate or pooling funds across accounts is prohibited.

Account Registration

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must notify bnn5 immediately of any changes to your registered details. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Verification (KYC)

bnn5 and its operator partners are required to verify the identity of Account Holders. You may be asked to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and, in certain cases, proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or Account access.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately. bnn5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone.

4.3 Account Currency

Account currency is set at registration. Pakistani users may operate accounts in PKR where available, subject to the operator's cashier configuration. Currency conversion fees may apply where the account currency differs from the transaction currency.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disable or impair the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to access, scrape or manipulate the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or any form of cheating;
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.

bnn5 reserves the right to monitor account activity, place accounts under review, restrict access and share information with relevant authorities where unlawful conduct is suspected.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, event or game type. General betting conditions include:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted when confirmed by the Platform and a reference number is issued. bnn5 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an obviously incorrect price.

6.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Odds on live markets — including PSL matches, ICC tournament fixtures and football events — change in real time. Bets placed on live markets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Disconnection from the internet after a bet is submitted does not affect the validity of that bet if it was confirmed by the Platform prior to disconnection.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Void Bets

If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a defined period, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Account Balance. Market-specific rules may apply to partial events (e.g., a cricket match reduced by weather). Refer to the applicable sport rules for full details.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type and Account tier. bnn5 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts without advance notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

bnn5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 Eligibility

Bonus eligibility is determined by the operator's current promotional terms. Unless specifically stated, bonuses are available to new depositing users only and one bonus per household, device or IP address applies. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or strategic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types and contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

7.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Where an Account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, withdrawal of real-money funds may be subject to operator-specific sequencing rules. Always check the cashier interface for your current withdrawal-eligible balance.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bnn5 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Unused bonus funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be removed from an Account with reasonable notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on the Platform are subject to the following general conditions. Specific limits, fees and processing timelines are displayed in the live cashier and may change from time to time.

8.1 Supported Payment Methods

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. For Pakistani users, familiar payment channels — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier depending on the operator's current configuration. The inclusion of these payment channel names does not imply that those providers endorse, support or approve of gambling operations. Method availability may change without notice and is subject to each provider's own terms and conditions.

8.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to the Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. bnn5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages or banking holds.

8.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, active wagering requirement completion and AML compliance checks. bnn5 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by method, verification status and compliance requirements. No specific processing time guarantee is made.

8.4 Currency

Transactions are processed in the Account's registered currency. Where transactions are initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the payment processor or operator. PKR-denominated accounts are subject to exchange rate conditions where applicable.

Responsible Gambling

bnn5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are detailed in full on the Responsible Gambling page. A summary is provided here for reference:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may cap the duration of each gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary restrictions on gambling activity of a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform on request.

bnn5 reserves the right to apply responsible gambling controls without User request where account activity indicates potential harm. Protective limits, once set, may not be immediately reversed — cooling periods apply before limits can be increased.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the bnn5 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of bnn5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without prior written consent from bnn5.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bnn5 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings or data arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, system failures or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by Users based on information presented on the Platform;
• Gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform;
• Third-party payment processor delays, errors or failures;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by bnn5's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

bnn5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity;
• Failure to comply with AML or identity verification requirements;
• Account access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by the operator's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the Account Balance may be held until the investigation is resolved. Users who believe a suspension has been applied in error may contact support at the address set out in Section 15.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated or licensed. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bnn5's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable operator's licensing authority.

bnn5 does not represent that these Terms or the Platform comply with Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan must seek independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Amendments

bnn5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify Account Holders via the email address registered on the Account or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be accessible at https://bnn5.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
